Our service works in two ways … both of which are FREE to use …
The first FREE service is our update service. We provide (via e-mail) you with an alert to new research relevant to your industry. The alert contains the synopsis of the new publication and a facility to see further information; such as the table of contents, sample pages and brochures. If the alert is not of interest you can just delete the e-mail, alternatively we can assist with any questions and/or process your order should you want to acquire the publication. You can opt out of the alert service at anytime.
The second FREE service we provide is our info request service. We work for many publishers and have done so for many years. We know the strengths and weaknesses of our publisher partners and provide an un-biased review of the material on offer. On receiving a request we may reply straight away with a new publication which we have recently promoted (being a fresh and hot topic) or we will go to the research houses where we know that specific information is available and then send you the details of the suitable studies. The service costs nothing, it saves you time as we do all the searching and for many of clients we introduce new sources of reliable data.

What do we get out of it?
We make our profit in a similar way to a bookshop. When you buy a book in a bookshop it is very unlikely they have written the book, it is also unlikely that they only sell books from the one publisher. If you ask the shop keeper for a recommendation of a good novel they will match your request to a book they honestly think will make you happy. In return for this you buy the book from the bookshop and come back again and again. The bookshop receives a discount from the publisher and that is where they make their money. This is how we make our profit, via a discount from our publisher partners – there is NO MARK UP, NO HIDDEN EXTRAS, NO FEES, and NO SURCHAGES. The price we charge is the price the publisher charges. The only difference is that we don’t sell novels; we sell business information to business professionals.
